    Excellent employees in framing department.

    Poplar Bluff Hobby Lobby has great employees in their framing department! We had to go to the Poplar Bluff VA for an appointment, since we drove from West Plains I wanted to get a print framed I had given my sister. I found your Hobby Lobby and was very impressed with a young man named Matt who was so helpful, courteous and meticulous to detail. We left with a beautifully matted and framed print and said we would be back. Even though we live closer to Hobby Lobby stores in both Springfield, MO and Mt. Home, AK we chose to drive 1 hour further to have Matt frame our other prints, we were that impressed. We called to make sure he was working and took 13 more prints and he patiently worked with us to get the right sized frames and most complimentary matting. He even had to get permission to stay past his quitting time to continue with our orders and not just pass us off to someone else. He was joined by another employee, Tammy, who helped write up the orders and we were again impressed with how meticulous she was, too. This store has great employees in the framing department and I want people to know!
